The Challenge

Service businesses often struggle with fragmented tools—using one app for scheduling, another for payments, and paper for notes. I set out to build a unified platform that could handle the high-concurrency needs of real-time scheduling while maintaining the simplicity of a consumer app.

The Architecture

I chose a performance-first, native-led architecture to ensure the platform could scale with user growth without overhead.

• Backend: High-performance services built in Rust for maximum safety and concurrency.
• Web: A modern, reactive dashboard built with Vue.
• Mobile: Native Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) applications for a zero-compromise field experience.
• Data: PostgreSQL with advanced partitioning for multi-tenant data isolation.
